Biography

​

Paul F. Alphen is a respected and experienced attorney who for over thirty-six years has concentrated in the areas of residential and commercial real estate development and land use regulation, administrative law, real estate transactional practice and title examination.  

He represents national corporations, major regional developers and a wide variety of local concerns. Active in the Westford community, he has served on numerous town and community committees. Depending upon the needs of the particular client, he has experience at every step in the development process from the initial offer to purchase land, through contract negotiations, development strategy, resolution of title issues, drafting zoning opinions, representation before government boards, assistance to litigation counsel, construction lending, licensing, compliance issues and the leasing or sale of competed units.  

National and regional developers, as well as family owned businesses and individuals, have entrusted Paul with wide ranging responsibilities pertaining to zoning and land use development strategy.
