  • Formed Balas, Alphen & Santos, P.C. in 1996, name changed to Alphen & Santos, P.C. in 2013.

  • For almost 29 years have concentrated in residential and commercial real estate development and land use regulation, real estate transactional practice, financing and title examination. Representation of  national corporations, major regional developers and a wide variety of local concerns through all stages of development from initial purchase agreement negotiation,  development strategies and the application of land use laws and regulations, representation before land use boards, purchase and financing transactions, construction, sales and leasing.
