This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Alphen & Santos, P.C. (the “Firm” or “we”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Site.

We collect information about our users in the following ways: directly from the user when you provide it to us, and automatically as you navigate the Site. We do not share any of the information you provide with others, unless we say so in this policy, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

This Site permits you to voluntarily submit data about yourself (such as name, email address or similar information) so that we can respond to inquiries and provide you with requested services, and may be used by us to communicate with you in the future. This information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.  At your request, we will remove your personal information from our files.
