Employment Based Immigration when the immigrant self-sponsors—you get a “green card”

without an employer’s sponsorship.

Although many “green card” processes start with an employer providing a full-time, permanent job offer, there are exceptions to apply for permanent resident status without that job offer  for:

-individuals who are deemed to be working in the National Interest (NIW); and

-individuals with extraordinary abilities in art, science, education, business or athletics OR

-those willing to make substantial investments in the USA
